Fill in the boxes below as a means of examining how you’re your life, beliefs
and values have changed, and what kinds of changes you expect for the future.
Your lifestyle is the result of your personal paradigm. When done, evaluate how
these changes have affected your paradigm (your perception of reality). Think
back 10 years … how well did you predict then what your life would be like
today? Think back to your school days. How has your world changed since then?
